Contacting the team

When you submit the contact form, your name, email, company, team size, area of interest and message are sent to the website server and emailed to admin@sahavaya.com through the hosting mail service. We use that information to respond to your enquiry. The website does not keep a separate database of enquiry contents.

The Sahavaya team, website hosting provider and email service process the information needed to deliver and respond to your enquiry. Short-lived submission timestamps associated with a hashed connection identifier are used to limit spam. Emails are retained in the receiving mailbox according to the team’s mailbox practices. Share only the information necessary for your enquiry.

Website resources

This website does not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers or application cookies. It requests fonts from Google Fonts; your browser may send normal connection information to that service. System fonts are used when web fonts are unavailable.

Pages, client logos and workflow diagrams are served by the hosting provider. That provider may process normal server access logs according to its hosting configuration and policies. This page describes the marketing website, rather than the data practices of the Sahavaya application.
